We were absolutely pleased and delighted to have the services of Hero Home Care. The Hero home care team really delivered not just on the home care but the companion portion as well. We felt that our family member was in great hands and safe. We appreciated the sincerity and thoughtfulness that the care givers exhibited. I have been very happy with the care my brother has received from your caretivers. I feel they have made a huge difference in improving the quality of his life as he was in a sad state after his wife passed last March 13 and I had to go back to my home in Alberta and leave him in your care. His main caregiver , Liz, and the others have been patient and kind and he calls them his "ladies" and he misses them when they are not there.
