I was looking for a 4 post hoist for my home workshop, After researching the differences between the competition and the Hero Hoists product, it was an easy decision to go with the Hero Hoists product. I called through and spoke to David and Grant and they made the purchase and shipping it to me very easy. Installation was straight forward and it works a treat. do yourself a favor and don't just look at the dollars and cents the Hero is far superior than the competition and money well spent in my opinion.
We bought the spider 2500 about 4-5 years ago now and it’s the greatest thing we ever bought, well worth the money!! Unfortunately just recently we lent it to a friend for a few months who left it outside in the rain and it rusted internally causing one of the arms to cross thread when next used. We contacted Hero Hoists for a replacement part and Grant responded to us on the weekend to let us know he will look into it first thing Monday and true to his word Dave helped us source a new arm so we can fix it. Excellent service from the hero team and their installer Mitch. The hoist was supplied quickly and installed a few days after. Great quality and a very nice addition to store the money pit, I mean track car.
