UNTIL....your insurance company doesn't cover it anymore... As a person with Multiple Sclerosis I find it difficult to remember to take my medicines on time. I discovered this wonderful and innovative tool for remembering. A Hero Health, an automated pill dispenser by Assurance Health. Mine is covered by my Medicare. I remember to take my pills on time. A nurse from Assurance calls me once a month to check on me. I recommend this highly!

OMG! I’ve had DII FOR 30 years and I never took proper care of it. Until I got my Hero. I’ve gone from non-compliant to 100% compliance, with A1C at 9+ down to 6.7! It’s so easy to dump my meds in, program the device and get meds at the proper time, every day. It recently became even better, now that I can hear the reminder and dispense from my bed or couch via the app. No more going in to push the dispense button and waiting for them to fill the cup. I just waltz in, and there they are, ready to take. Best thing ever! .

Just awful, tried calling their sales line, was put on hold for 45 minutes and gave up. Tried their website chat, it was an ai chatbot that said it would connect you to a human being and then wouldn't. So I decided to email their support, I got an ai autogenerated response, no chance to speak to a human. If they can't even give you to a human to sell these things imagine what actual product support would be like. Trash company, find someone else.

Terrible experience. These people are scam artists. If you keep the service, you are okay, but once you want to end, the BS starts rolling, and they never return calls or emails. I am still waiting to hear from someone named Eve regarding my card being charged, despite my service being suspended. Update: Hero sent them an email, finally, and said all errors would be corrected, but guess what, they still deducted $244.95 from my account for a service I never had. And I am on a retirement and a strict budget. Now I am short th... read more

Phone calls from this company are very annoying! If you don’t want to be bothered every week don’t sign up for their services. I’ve been annoyed and harassed on several occasions. To be told that my insurance company is requesting that they harass me. I’ve spoken with them repeatedly and can not get any resolution. I travel, have been hospitalized on several occasions and my medication changes constantly. They want me to advise them of all these incidents vs getting the update monthly as my insurance requires. This machine i... read more
