Family friendly environment. Clean, helpful trainers.
Large facility. Lots of equipment and free weights. Boxing and hip hop classes. Down to earth trainers and trainees. I have the best trainer around (Kenny). When the hip hop classes are being held be prepares that the music will to be louder than your headphones.
