Hero Academy provides group classes and private training in strength & conditioning, boxing & kickboxing and jiu jitsu. We also provide woman only and kids programs in boxing, kickboxing and jiu jitsu. Our classes and programs are for everyBODY. We don’t limit our classes to body type or physical ability. We create a welcoming and inclusive environment and taper our classes and movements so that you can be yourself while feeling brave, challenged and safe.

Hero Academy has been a fantastic experience for my child! The staff are caring, energetic, and really know how to connect with kids. The activities are fun, creative, and engaging—and I’ve seen real growth in my child’s confidence and social skills. Highly recommend!
Kaliah and Nigel really enjoy the classes they are in. They were a bit tired and sore but also really excited to share what they have learned. Their ambition to do the suggested workouts (skipping rope) has made them even more eager to spend more time outside. So appreciate the structure and the environment is so welcoming, staff are very friendly and helpful . Meego and Jaime thank you and your team.
Volunteered here in the summer. Would not recommend. Took them more than a month to send me my reference letter after I volunteered for over 75 hours and spent 3 hours every day in commute to volunteer for them. When they finally sent me the reference letter it was just a generic template and they didn't even bother to use consistent pronouns. After I pointed out that they got my gender wrong, they never got back to me or bothered to change it. So it was a waste of a summer, because that reference letter couldn't even be use... read more
