I am disappointed with Judge Hernserger and his law firm. I have not received my QDRO for which I paid $600 a month ago. I have called several times, sometimes talking with his assistant Brandon, sometimes being told that they are unavailable. I keep asking for a status update and keep being told that they are working on it. There has been no resolution. I have not received anything. I have filed a complaint with BBB already.
The best when it comes to military pay and divorce. Fast and friendly response time. Very thorough explanation of military benefits.
