We agreed that he would service my lawn every 2 weeks on wednesdays. After the first time and second time he became inconsistent. Third time he tried coming on a friday with no prior communication. So because that didn't work for me, he told me could come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I contacted him and he would not pick up my phone calls or answer any of my text. Fredis has been doing my lawn at two different properties since 2018. I never have to ask for anything! He cuts weekly in the summer and blows leaves bi-monthly in the winter. In the fall he aerates and seeds the lawn and during the growing season keeps everything trimmed and manicured. In fact my lawn has stayed green all winter the last few years. Hands down he best in the business.
