So I've moved a few times and it seems like the experience has always gotten worse and worse. Bill and team completely changed that trend! They showed up right on time for the move to Wauwatosa. I had a 2 bedroom (queen bed, dresser, chest, and night stands), office, dining room, and living room with a flat screen TV to move. I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Hernia Movers to move from our three story town house to another three story house. We have had terrible moving experiences in the past, but had Hernia Movers move us this morning. I couldn't wait to write a review so that other people will hopefully know how great these guys are and not go through the hell of terrible movers the next time they have to move. LIARS & THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have used this company several times prior to this last time and they had always done great work. NEVER AGAIN. Scheduling of my move with Bill went fine. Then moving day came. Arrived late at 8:40 am. Told me they would not move hot tub as scheduled because it was not disconnected. I proceeded to disconnect tub and when finished I let them know. They were not happy. I asked them to start in garage with boxes and they did exactly OPPOSITE of what I asked. They were very rude when asked any questio... read more

I was surprised to find some negative reviews about Hernia Movers here. I had to move twice in the last two years and this last time I used Hernia Movers and couldn't have been more pleased. They were professional, fast and very accommodating. I had to be to work by 1 pm on my moving day unfortunately, but they worked hard to have my move done so that I could make my deadline. I would highly recommend Hernia Movers above the other moving companies I've used in the past.

The movers destroyed property and documented what they had done. The company refused to replace the property and were rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend, even to my worst enemy.

The movers were over 3 hours late and never called to let me know. I was unable to reach anyone at the office for information. When the movers finally arrived, they were great. But I was really disappointed with the management of the company; the discount in price they offered for being late did not make up for the inconvience.
