Terrible experience. Been waiting for an appointment and was moved up once and had a scheduled appointment 13th of this month. I’ve been in extreme pain and was dying to be seen and I got the email attached to this review stating that I could be seen a week early! Was so happy and grateful, showed up today and they said I wasn’t going to get seen and that they didn’t have it scheduled right I only had 15 minutes instead of 30. Saw Dr. Cobb on February 19th for my hernia. Scheduled surgery for april 5th. Filled out questionaire for pre surgery a couple weeks before it. Day before surgery was supposed to happen appointment disappeared from mychart so i called in and was told yep its normal someone will call you to tell you time to be there by 5pm. Recieved no call so called back at around 6pm. Was told i had to be at hospital at 630 am for surgery the next day. I called back again to verify place of surgery.
