They’re great communicators, honest, quick, and well priced. Have had my Mercedes serviced here multiple times, and it’s always a breeze. Highly recommend!
They are only getting the 1 star because google will not allow you to submit 0 stars. Do not be fooled by the reviews on here. The customer service is absolutely the worst I have experienced. Especially in times where people are selective on where they will spend money. The lady who answers the phone, I'm assuming Tom's wife is a detriment to his business. Herndons is the best Mercedes shop in Northeast Florida! They are super professional and upfront. Tom is a master of his trade and I Trust him more than I trust the Mercedes Benz dealers in town. I hope I never have to find another mechanic because Herndons is, The best!
