I recently had my Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 serviced at Herndon Automotive on Philips Highway, and I had an excellent experience. Tom, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles, and Christina at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The service was honest, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Herndon Automotive for Mercedes service in Jacksonville.

Over the years we have taken many different Mercedes to Herndon's for service and repair and they have always been great. We have not owned a MB for a few years. Recently I bought a 2017 MB E 400 Coupe. Long story short, recently the power tilt steering wheel locked in an upright position. I researched online and tried to unjam it myself but could not. I called and spoke with Tom and told him the issue. He said this was a common issue with these models. He told me he could typically unjam these locked steering wheels easily.... read more
Took my Mercedes benz all Over town and nobody could get it back running fine, Herdon’s automotive has my car picked up by a tow company and had it back up and running perfect very quickly. They are now my go to for all my services and repairs!
