This place charged a 150 dollar fee for not going to appt even after I canceled with them 2 days in advance. The copay was only 35 dollars. They are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They didn’t say anything about it. It just showed up on my account. I don’t recommend them at all. Go anywhere else but here. Piss poor people and unprofessional.
Dr. Herndon has helped me through an unexpected loss in my family. I am so thankful I have been able to work with her.
