Extremely unprofessional experience with both Dr. Herndon and the front desk staff. Rudeness from the moment we called, to the point I had to end the call myself. During a prior visit, we were waiting in the exam room when the doctor abruptly slammed the door open without knocking, nearly hitting me. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, he responded with, “Do you knock on each room in your home before you enter?” — which was inappropriate and dismissive.
