I absolutely LOVE the staff here at Kindercare. I have 2 boys that attend this location (infant and school age) and they both adore being here. I am always worried about my kids when they’re not with me, but this Kindercare always sends me update on everything - I enjoy all the picture mail I receive! My oldest son is autistic and can sometimes be a handful..but all of the teachers and the director are always so patient with him. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of teachers. Thank you guys so much! :)
I have really struggled working with this daycare as a parent. There were several things that concerned me in regards to my children, number one was they did not contact me when they failed to communicate & after not picking up my 2 children from school, and having consistent misunderstandings. Number 2,one the of staff was scolding my three old daughter for trying to take her book she brought from home to daycare after dismissal.
