I used Herndon for weekly lawn service and landscape maintenance on my vacation home. When I would come down the lawn would be mowed but nothing else was maintained. When I would complain, I either got no response or the one time I demanded a response, I got the following: I’m sorry you don’t think the yard looks good. We do trim the hedge but it goes extremely fast. There are other things that need attention weekly. David Herndon did a very poor job on my backyard landscaping project and did not stand behind his work. Very unprofessional.
