Was in contact with them fall of 2023 to get heat put in before winter, eventually got heat put in late February early March. We got on the list to get AC put in as well before summer 2024. Never showed up, called multiple times in July and never gave us an estimate of when they could do it and acted like we were never on the list. Went with a different company and they got me one within 2 weeks of calling. Will not be doing future business with them. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Called, spoke with Jim H, came out to view a project gave me a quote. Got them all set up to come out to the property, door codes, alarms etc and dude just disappears. SEVERAL weeks later after calling their office daily and leaving messages because I haven’t heard a single thing, Jim finally guts up the gumption to leave a voicemail that “he just doesn’t have time to complete the job.” Well thanks Jim.
