Poor communication between staff members and their own doctors' orders. The doctor asked for a follow-up in person with me just for the staff to try and schedule me with someone else and not inform either party until the time of the appointment.
This place is absolutely disgusting. The women that work in the office are not even human beings. The way they treat people is disgusting. I am owed money never received it. I got hung up on and cussed at. Initially with my first appointment I came in with my baby because I had nobody to watch her and one of the nurses said you don’t have anybody to watch your baby like it’s wrong for me to bring my toddler with me to my G.I. appointment. I was hung up by the manager several times when asked to speak to a different nurse or ... read more

Doctor Kanuri was great, and the staff was wonderful!
Lisa and Kim were absolutely amazing, from the beginning to the end . Dr. Kanuri has an amazing bedside manner and and a way of making you feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous and the entire staff made me feel at ease… highly recommend
