Very bad customer service they gave us Fake rupees and we had to replace it in 4 months
Tires are very bad, they asked to trust and made us buy the tires. When we have a problem they gave up n said we need a new tire in 4 months only
I really thought Hernandez tires was awas a good trustworthy business and had bought from them several times. I had also referred them to multiple friends. I recently bought two cross climate Michelin’s from them. After a few weeks one of the treads completely detached leaving me stranded. I called hoping they would at least give a discount on a replacement they said sorry can’t help you. I’d advise shopping elsewhere if you want a good used tire that lastsore than a few weeks.
Ordered 37in tires online and needed a shop to install them. Called a local place that I had used before and was kindly told they were too big for their machine. Called 2 other shops and no one answered. Found this shop online and when I called they actually answered the phone. They didnt hesitate in telling me they COULD do it and that they could get me in quickly. They were kind and professional. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
