Poor communication been trying to order a tire for 3 days went up there to get a tire put on was told it would be 60$ on the phone whenever I got there they told me it would be 120$ I said fine and if I wanted to purchase I would call and have them order the tire whenever I called he said he would order a tire and it would be there tomarrow tomarrow hits and now he’s saying he wants half the money down which I’ve never heard of a tire shop doing this whole process took 3 days to still not have a tire on the car
I just want to thank Fernando!! I called because my daughter had an issue with her tire and we’re so far away. He was very friendly and professional. When my daughter got there he helped her right away. Thank you so much
I had my 2 back tires replaced last week and after realizing something was wrong I took off the center cap on my hubcap and saw 2 screws were broke off and the remaining 3 bolts were barely tightened!!! Drove it to a shop and was told the wheel would’ve came off had we drove any further. Nobody at Hernandez told us the screws were broke off and they just put on the center cap and sent us on our way.
