Was quoted one price for the job and they did not complete it, claiming the quote did not include the thin set to be put down after the demo, which was discussed. They didn't sweep up the floor after the tile removal either. It was a tough job to remove, I'll give them that. However, it's not my, the customer's, problem it was more labor intensive than they thought. It's a bad business practice to bail when a job is 80% done. They knew what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. 100% recommend them �� thank you for getting us back in our home WAY sooner than we thought it would be. Y’all are wonderful!
