My attorney and I payed mr hernandez for his mediation expertise. But long story short. Our mediation was thru zoom. Never do that. You get nothing done. There's nothing like looking at the other party in the eye thats trying to rob you blind. Also Mr. Hernandez was supposed to be NEUTRAL. I guess I did not get the memo because he seemed 100% to be on the side of the other party that basically got away with murder to put it lightly. Plus his attitude towards me was not fair.
