Dorothy and her team at Hernandez Healthcare billing have been handling all the insurance billing for Snohomish Naturopathic Clinic, the naturopathic clinic that I manage for many years now. They have been wonderful to work with! Dorothy is always available to answer questions, help the clinic and patients with claim issues and work with their insurance to line out the problems. Dorothy took me and trained to bill for a pediatric cardiologist and I was exposure to infectious disease specialists, physical therapy, behavioral health and substance abuse billing. Her mission was to hire people like me with no knowledge of medical billing, train us and have us move on to better paying jobs with good benefits.
