Just got ripped off on a $ 500. Brake job they did in December. Three months and the pads are gone. The owner is out of the country and his employees take cash only What a shame. My family been going there for over 15 yrs. I will not be going back.
They did a engine rebuild and charged me 2k for tuning and gave me the car with no tune and electrical problems which I didn’t have before they worked on the car. when asked for a refund for the tuning that wasn’t done but got charged for, the owner Oscar was very unprofessional and started cussing over the phone now I’m having to pay another shop to fix all the shitty work Hernandez garage did wouldn’t recommend
Poor service very unprofessional , spoke with the mechanic at the shop about a repair , agreed on a repair cost while i was providing parts and then he backed out on 2 of the fixes once he was done with the other and still wanted to get paid the same price that was negotiated with all included. Only would accept cash and did not provide a written agreement. POOR SERVICE !
