We first had them come out for a roof inspection after they stopped by our neighborhood. The young man was very polite and professional, and he helped us set up an appointment for a roofing specialist to come by at the scheduled time. Lawrence arrived, introduced himself, got up on the roof, took plenty of photos, and clearly marked the few small issues so we could understand them.
