had carson and mike come fix the exposed gaps in my heater stack flashing that was letting rain leak into my attic and causing problems with my water heater. they were both friendly and worked efficiently. before starting the job, they explained the issue to me and went over the plan to fix it. after finishing, we talked through everything to make sure i understood what was done. they made sure the repair was done right and completed the same day, so i wouldn’t have the same problem again. great experience and excellent job!
hernandez family roofing is a great family business that does careful work and really pays attention to detail. i had a large stone chimney that was letting water leak inside. the stone under the old flashing was in bad shape, but carson gave me a fair quote and was able to start the job quickly. they replaced the flashing with copper instead of aluminum and fixed all the old mortar and cracks. they also sealed the chimney crown with two coats of crown seal. the quality of the work is excellent, and i highly recommend their ... read more
We had a bad storm with hail that damaged our roof, gutters, and garage doors. The next morning, Kaleb came by and offered a free roof inspection. He found storm damage and helped us with our insurance claim, which ended up covering a full roof replacement. We are so pleased with the outstanding job done by Hernandez Family Roofing. Their crew, led by Francis, came out quickly to give us a quote and started work right away. They tore off our old shingles and put on new ones, finishing the whole roof in just one day. The team made sure to clean up everything afterward, leaving no mess behind. Our neighbors in Weaverville also used them and were just as satisfied. We had a great experience and are very happy with our new roof. We highly recommend them!
