After a stretch of heavy rain, I noticed an ugly brown water spot spreading across the ceiling in our upstairs hallway. After a spring wind storm, I had some light wind damage on my roof in Weaverville. My insurance company had someone come out to inspect it and write up an estimate for the roof repair. i had a roof vent over the kitchen that would leak during strong west wind and heavy rain in Weaverville. After checking the roof, the crew found that rain blowing across the flat roof was getting pushed into the side openings of the vent. They recommended replacing it with a better vent design that did not have side holes, which made a lot of sense. i had an overall wonderful experience with a roofing company. As a first-time homeowner, this was my first time dealing with a roof leak and shingle issue. ricky was very kind and came out to my home in Weaverville as soon as he could, even with a busy schedule.
