francis, the owner, personally came out to give me an estimate and stayed involved throughout my roof repair. he answered my call right away and showed up quickly, even during a heavy rainstorm, to find the leak. customer service here is top notch. after fixing the leak, francis returned to check my attic, took out the wet insulation, and put in new insulation. this company fit me into their schedule after a long day of working in the hot sun, sometimes even coming by after 6 in the evening. francis really wants his customer... read more

Our townhouse association in Weaverville recently had new roofs installed on all 9 buildings, covering 31 homes on two small cul-de-sac streets. Some of the roofs had active leaks that needed frequent patching, and with the roofs being over 20 years old, it was definitely time for a full replacement. After a big storm, a tree limb fell and damaged our roof. We contacted Hernandez Family Roofing and they sent out Ricky right away. The repair was finished fast, so we didn’t have to worry about the next rain coming through. They matched the shingles perfectly—the fix blends right in, and you’d never know there was any damage. Ricky was very professional and straightforward, and the price was fair with no surprises. The work is top-notch and honest. We’ll only use this company for our roof from now on. Highly recommend!

We recently had new asphalt shingles installed on our roof in Weaverville by a roofing company after dealing with leaks caused by poor ventilation. Kaleb and the crew were very knowledgeable about roofing work and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. The workers were friendly and professional throughout the whole process, and they worked hard to clean up the mess after replacing the shingles. After a hailstorm hit my home, I had Ricky come out to check my roof. He found a lot of hail damage and helped make the insurance process really easy by handling the claim for me.
