After a major hail storm hit Weaverville, a lot of folks came by trying to sell us new roofs. I’m not a fan of sales pitches, but one day Ricky from a local roofing company was in the neighborhood, and we ended up chatting. francis, the owner, personally came out to give me an estimate and stayed involved throughout my roof repair. he answered my call right away and showed up quickly, even during a heavy rainstorm, to find the leak. customer service here is top notch. after fixing the leak, francis returned to check my attic, took out the wet insulation, and put in new insulation. this company fit me into their schedule after a long day of working in the hot sun, sometimes even coming by after 6 in the evening. francis really wants his customer... read more
