I have not lived there however I have heard nothing but good things about this place. It looks amazing compared to what it used to be. They keep the homes updated and put alot of time and effort to keep everything that way. Rates are very reasonable on top of everything else. A great place and some great people.
They are good people and its a really good safe neighborhood. Its a mobile home and camping trailer park. So yes, its a semi-ish permenent place to park your camping trailer.
