I’m not sure how this company has so many positive reviews. I almost didn’t do this review because this company was recommend by a personal friend. But after I expressed my concerns to my friend first, I decided to go ahead with it. Instead of giving a one star, I did give two, only because the owner did acknowledge wrong doings and gave me a discounted price after my tree was hacked up.
