Desperately needed help. I called, sent multiple emails. And they got back to me over a month later saying “let me look into this”. Terrible. And I understand that after the holidays it gets busy everywhere. But maybe remove the “will get back within in 48 hours” on the website. Or even a “we’re busy Email”.

My fiancé and I are attending couples counseling. We love our current counselor, Andrea. She has helped us learn how to effectively communicate without disregarding each other's feelings. We are doing weekly sessions and are considerably a young couple (late 20s) who wants to grow comfortably with one another. We are both veterans, and the VA is the main reason we were able to attend this counseling. Several voicemails left, emails sent even to the point of leaving voicemails to the other extensions and no avail. Their voicemail options for new patient intake is a joke. No one calls you back with in 24-48 hours. No one at this establishment reaches back to you. Very unfortunate. Update: Thank you for your reply. We have been trying to get ahold of your agency since March 20th to be exact to no avail. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to make an appointment as a new client and I left a voice message and nobody calls me back. How do I get to reach someone?
