I needed one spark plug wire for a very common chevy engine. This company who is in the business of providing used auto parts would not sell me a spark plug wire when there were at least ten on the ground in a 10ft area in the salvage yard. Saying to me "we only sell whole engines". Stupidity because I had been spending way more money there when they were willing to help.
