There’s a 15 minute rule they have about appointments, I got to my appointment 20 minutes late due to traffic and there being very limited parking, the staff was rude when she told me about the 15 minutes, once I was walking off she offered to reschedule me I declined it’s ridiculous to cancel my appointment over 5 minutes
