Hernan is so loud that you can’t hear yourself think. Went in to sign a 6 month contract, but I couldn’t hear the agent speaking bc he was taking a call on speaker and speaking incredibly loud. I expressed this concern to the agent, and she did ask him to turn down the volume, but he ignored her request. So I left, bc if I can’t hear the agent I am speaking with, and I can’t hear myself think bc the person in charge of the business feels his voice is the most important, then I don’t feel secure that this insurance company ha... read more
