We had such a wonderful experience at Hermz Boutique. After visiting almost ten different places, this was the one that finally felt right. Hala was absolutely amazing, patient, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping my wife find something beautiful. Went in to buy a dress with a huge time crunch and Hala was a literal life saver. Not only did she help me find a dress, but she did rapid alterations on this dress to make sure it fit and looked great. Never before have I had this level of service. Incredible place, will buy all my formal wear here no matter where life takes me.

Never felt so invisible. Maybe I don’t look like I’d spend $800 plus alterations on a dress but holy moly were we treated like trash in this store. No my kid is not a size 2 and yes I was shopping in a violent femmes t shirt and sneakers but we were legit shopping for prom and my daughter found several styles she liked but one in particular she loved.
