Hermz was an absolute lifesaver today for my daughter. Today was homecoming and about an hour before pictures my daughter’s dress wasn’t zipping up properly. I called and spoke to a friendly woman who told us to come in. My daughter was in tears as she walked in and they assured her that they would be able to help with an alteration. Everyone at the store was very warm, compassionate and comforting to my daughter and I! There dresses, gowns and jewelry are absolutely stunning!
