I should have done this earlier. I had made an appointment for service on my 2022 K1600B for the second week in July. I wanted to make sure that it was tiptop for my trip to Sturgis, on which I was leaving on July 30th. A month prior to my appt., a significant warranty issue arose, in which Hermy’s immediately diagnosed the issue and ordered the part that was needed to have it in time for my appt.
