*****BUYER BEWARE***** SCAMMERS***** I ordered a part from them online, 3 weeks later when it didn't arrive I called to ask for status and Chris told me that tracking shows it lost but it's my responsibility to file a claim. According to him - it's not their responsibility ****UPDATE*** They sent me a refund after I posted this. Sad that their policy drove me to post this and only as a result am I getting a refund. I suggest you get rid of said policy and take responsibility for the merchandise you sell & ship.
My experience with this shop is amazing. After visiting my regular shop when I used to live in MD they told me that wait time for a 18000 miles service would be 6 to 8 weeks. This was in April/May. I decided to call Hemy's and they told me just drop it off and it should be done by EOW. So that's what I did and they deliver right on time. I cannot tell you enough how important it is to be on time. So naturally I took my bike there for Annual inspection and the next time it needed tires.
