I visited this location in May and was assisted by someone who resembled me. Unfortunately, the experience did not go as planned, and the SA was not very helpful. I decided to give this location another chance and had the most pleasant experience with Grace. She assisted me in purchasing several items, including a piece from leather goods. We purchased a Garden Party on November 28. While most of the staff were kind, the associate who assisted us did not provide service that reflects the standards of Hermès. Her arrogant attitude made us uncomfortable, and despite having visited Hermès boutiques all around the world, this was the first time experiencing service like this.
