My sales advisor Alex Ramos gave me probably the worst customer service after purchase i’ve ever had. I was visiting from out of state and purchased a gift for family. It didn’t end up fitting so I texted him and it wasn’t until after I called the store that he returned me over a week later. He made it so difficult to make a return/exchange due to terrible communication over text. Went shopping at the Crystal shops today and decided to stop by Hermes. I got a naturel chypre sandal and wife also bought an oasis sandal. Great staff! Adam was amazing. He was eager to help and was very patient with us.
