My experience shopping at this location was exceptional. Everyone was very professional, offered assistance immediately, and shown a great selection of items. I did have an appointment and the sales associate was very professional and kind (Wenni, she was awesome!). Would definitely recommend this location for Vegas Hermes shopping.
I love this place! My best friend and I were fortunate enough to have this location be our first visit to an Hermès store, and Scott, the sales associate who helped us, was such a wonderful person. He answered all of my questions about fragrance notes, make-up colors, nail polishes, gift sets, you name it. I can't wait to come back and shop with him again. ♥

Shopping at the Hermès boutique at The Shops at Crystals, located next to the Aria Hotel, has been an absolute joy. My sales advisor Alex Ramos gave me probably the worst customer service after purchase i’ve ever had. I was visiting from out of state and purchased a gift for family. It didn’t end up fitting so I texted him and it wasn’t until after I called the store that he returned me over a week later. He made it so difficult to make a return/exchange due to terrible communication over text.
