I’ve had such a great experience with my sales associate Frances Aguilar at the Crystal Shops. She is kind, patient, and, most importantly, honest. Very dismissive SAs. Hermes is your employer, not yours.
We visited the Hermès store at Crystals a couple of weeks ago, and to say we were shocked is an understatement. Over the years, I have visited many Hermès stores while travelling and have never once had a bad experience. However, this all changed when I entered the beautiful store but was definitely not met with the same beautiful service.
