Store is 10/10. I was coming to post a positive review only but I want to address the negative reviews as someone that cares deeply about this brand, store, and the staff that work here. I read a few and I can say that has never been my experience and I came to this store, day one, in my Amazon Prime basics, with absolutely no designer elements on me, a complete baby in the designer world. I’m not sure why this store has so many negative reviews. I had the pleasure of shopping Hermés at the Crystals the last two days. I had two of the most pleasant associates working with my husband and I. We were able to purchase many items I had been eyeing online: a belt, tie, 2 pairs of shoes and a watch band. Olya even offered to have our items shipped home for us so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with them. My experience shopping at this location was exceptional. Everyone was very professional, offered assistance immediately, and shown a great selection of items. I did have an appointment and the sales associate was very professional and kind (Wenni, she was awesome!). Would definitely recommend this location for Vegas Hermes shopping.
I love this place! My best friend and I were fortunate enough to have this location be our first visit to an Hermès store, and Scott, the sales associate who helped us, was such a wonderful person. He answered all of my questions about fragrance notes, make-up colors, nail polishes, gift sets, you name it. I can't wait to come back and shop with him again. ♥

I've been a loyal customer for many years, and Winnie, my sales associate, consistently provides exceptional service. Her professionalism and attention to detail always make my visits enjoyable.
