I visited the Hermes store at Crystal's last May 2025 (I was in Vegas to see Beyonce). As soon as I stepped in the store, I was greeted by a female salesperson who immediately pawned me off on someone else, reporting that she was with a customer (she was not providing service to anyone). The gentleman listened to my request to view their Evelyne bag in apple green. I visited this location in May and was assisted by someone who resembled me. Unfortunately, the experience did not go as planned, and the SA was not very helpful. I decided to give this location another chance and had the most pleasant experience with Grace. She assisted me in purchasing several items, including a piece from leather goods. Grace was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to educate us on seasonal colors and brought such a fun, witty personality to the experience.
