A Hermes store without Hermes experience. There was only one sale representative when I entered the shop. She was serving another client. I was browsing around the store. The airport team is amazing!!!! I couldn’t ask more for the wonderful experience I have got. Me and my family on a trip to overseas and stopped by Hermes in the Sydney airport boutique. Sharon and Si have been extremely helpful with things I asked for and very patiently to check the size of shoes I loved. Even though they don’t have the size for me but they have gone the best and beyond for the whole experience. I guess the true luxury isn’t always about the price but the memories they have created. The salesperson Jiah Hui was extremely unfriendly. Even though I wasn’t just browsing but actually made a purchase, the attitude remained rude.
