It’s an unpleasant shopping experience with lots of pushing and questioning. Need to improve professionalism.
The staff members are quite nice when they’re not busy, but the store often lacks the items you truly want to purchase. It feels more like a souvenir shop, offering accessories or serving those just starting their Hermès collection journey. If you’re after specific perfumes, it might be better to visit the duty-free make up section instead.
A Hermes store without Hermes experience. There was only one sale representative when I entered the shop. She was serving another client. I was browsing around the store.
