The Korean staff was really kind. Thanks to her, I enjoyed shopping. I don't know Hermes well, but she recommended a good product, so I bought it well!
They only sell to foreigners who are flying intentionally. Biggest business mistake of all time - I can only imagine the overwhelming amount of wealthy Americans they turn down daily. I was ready to drop $15K+ on purchases. Dumbest business move ever.
The sales people were very nice and very accommodating. FYI to all the reviewers who say it’s for “international travellers only”, ignore their reviews because if you’re going into any terminal with international flights, how can they distinguish what state you’re going to when there’s different taxes in each state in the US? Stupid sellers, and everything is stupid, close this store. For what duty free is needed in the airport if you can't buy anything there.
FYI ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. FELT REALLY DISRESPECTED, I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE AN ITEM BUT COULDNT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
