Made multiple purchases with Hermes in Bellagio , shoes , belts, etc... totaling 15-20k minimum between my wife and I, requested a purse my wife wanted multiple times, and was never able to get it, wanted to surprise her for a new job starting, this Hermes game is awful, ended up flying to Paris and walked in got the exact configuration I wanted for her and spend another 20k euros just as appreciation, don't waste your time I'm pretty sure only their top 1% get non quota items, will never do business again here, and we came ... read more
The is the worst service I received from Hermes. The Asian lady name TingTing Peng. She was extremely rude. When I asked to see the silver and gold jewelry, she basically told to “look” at the case. Then when I asked for Chain D’ancre silver bracelet, she was extremely annoyed and opened a drawer to tell me only 2 in the store. She rolled her eyes at me the same time. The Korean sales associate behaved in an unprofessionally rude and aggressive manner. When we asked if there were any bags in stock that we could buy, she cut us off and said, “We don’t have bags. You can go,” and refused to assist us further.

매장은 예쁜데 정작 사이즈가 없다고 하니 분위기가 확 김이 새더라. 그랬더니 바로 “그럼 크리스탈 매장으로 가보세요” 하고 다른 지점으로 넘기기만 하고… 왕트래픽 뚫고 어렵게 찾아간 자리인데 신어보지도 못하고 매장만 한 바퀴 보고 “다른 데로 가라”는 말 들으니 허탈하고 맥이 탁 풀리는 느낌. 기대한 만큼 아쉬움이 더 크게 남았다.
