Clean store. Staff are a bit more shy but to keep their distance a bit unless you call for them which is good. Limited selection. Lots of scarves!
This is the best Hermes I’ve visited. We were greeted and the employees are so sweet and welcoming and ready to help you. I will only shop this one going forward. Zero snobbery! They are exceptional!
I strolled into Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tiffany, and Van Cleef—places where I’m a loyal, high-spending customer—only to be rudely ejected from HERMES while holding a closed-lid coffee. A first! No “good morning,” no polite heads-up, just a brusque dismissal like I’m some teenager sneaking in with a Slurpee. Not sure why they sell shoes if they don’t actually carry any. Shop at Gucci much better shoes, far less showy and tacky.
Mei is a liar when selling products. I came in to buy a MC Copernic Compact wallet, and she said on multiple occasions that style doesn’t exist. I showed her I was already using this style, and I wanted the same wallet. Lol, how hard is it to say it’s not available at this location? Although Chloie apologized, she said Mei has an English problem. Mei’s English is fine, and I’m sure she knows most of the products from Hermes.
