Mayank is truly exceptional and the best SA! He took the time to learn my style and always curates the perfect pieces for me. His warmth, attentiveness, communication, humor, and incredible product knowledge makes every Hermès visit such a special experience and so enjoyable. He always goes above and beyond to find the piece you are searching for! I look forward to every visit! He never rushes us and makes you feel genuinely cared for — the best of the best! It’s very clear he has a ton of experience in luxury retail!

I was surprised at how uninterested in helping me the SA who approached me was. They repeatedly told me I should work with my SA in my home store to find the items I wanted - which I have already done. When traveling, I like to pick something up to commemorate the trip, and was also hoping they’d fortuitously have things I wanted in stock - which has happened before The SA encouraged me to have a look around the store and didn’t accompany me - instead they went to help another customer after sending me off

I’ve been to Hermes stores around the world. I like to commentate some of my trips with different enamel bracelets. Each store I’ve been to has had excellent service, except this one. We was only one other customer in the store, and SEVERAL free sales associates, all of whom ignored us. When I walked over and asked about others that weren’t on displayed he literally rolled his eyes and tried to blow me off. I ended up buying two things, they’re beautiful, but I regret both because of the terrible service.
