I started shopping at this location about 2.5 years ago and have had a wonderful experience. I met my SA, Neil, on my first visit and he has helped me find the most beautiful additions to my closet. He has excellent taste and sends me photos of items that he thinks would suit me, and has a great sense of my style and recalls existing pieces in my closet - even non Hermes pieces. Products: amazing. Staff: could be kinder and acknowledge your presence. One gentleman went above and beyond and you could tell he had worked in the luxury space for a while. Another staff member barely looked up when I spoke to him and was on his phone.

I had a great experience at the Hermès boutique in Austin. The store itself is elegant and welcoming, and the level of service truly stood out. I was assisted by June, one of the sales specialists, and she was absolutely wonderful.
