I recently visited the Hermès Austin store while traveling for work and had such a wonderful experience. My sales associate, Jael, was patient, helpful, and made shopping in person fun again. As a busy lawyer and mom of three, I usually shop online, but this reminded me how enjoyable it is to browse in store. The boutique was beautifully stocked, especially the shoe department, and Jael had items ready for me with no pressure at all. My friend and I left feeling like teenagers on a shopping spree — I can’t wait to go back!

We stopped by to shop for scarves and found a lovely selection. I picked a beautiful navy one and couldn’t be happier with it. Alex, who helped us, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely visit again!
