I was surprised at how uninterested in helping me the SA who approached me was. They repeatedly told me I should work with my SA in my home store to find the items I wanted - which I have already done. When traveling, I like to pick something up to commemorate the trip, and was also hoping they’d fortuitously have things I wanted in stock - which has happened before The SA encouraged me to have a look around the store and didn’t accompany me - instead they went to help another customer after sending me off
I’ve been to Hermes stores around the world. I like to commentate some of my trips with different enamel bracelets. Each store I’ve been to has had excellent service, except this one. We was only one other customer in the store, and SEVERAL free sales associates, all of whom ignored us. When I walked over and asked about others that weren’t on displayed he literally rolled his eyes and tried to blow me off. I ended up buying two things, they’re beautiful, but I regret both because of the terrible service.
I have been coming here since they first opened their door. Everyone here so friendly and welcoming. I really really love my SA. He is 10/10 never ask for a better SA.
The Austin Hermes boutique is lovely! I was welcomed warmly and assisted right away. My SA Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m excited to go back soon.
