I had the most incredible experience at Hermes. Mayank strikes the perfect balance of giving you room to explore the shop, while also providing top notch recommendations. My friend and I had an amazing time and felt so welcomed into the Hermes family. Can’t wait to come back.
Best shopping experience I’ve had at Hermes since 2010. Charlie my SA was the kindest, most patient, and attentive. Literally 2 hours of showing me things, arranging dishes together, shoe after shoe. Never annoyed, never rushed! I didn’t have to pretend like it was a good shopping experience or as if I liked him. The Manager, Excellent! He asked if I was being helped and if I needed anything. Our experience at Hermes in Austin far exceeded our expectations! Neil the store manager was incredible to work with! We’ve been to many other Hermes locations both in America and Europe and this was by far the best! We enjoyed visiting with Neil, while we were there he truly made us feel like friends. My son is now 13 and wanted a refill on some cologne. Cordell gave him a 10/10 luxury experience and attended to him as if he was the richest man in the store. After we checked out he had a question on how to refill it and Cordell took the time to show and explain it to him. He felt so important and so happy and I couldn’t be more grateful for such excellent service.
