I always have a wonderful experience at Hermès. Holy is incredibly helpful, professional, and has such a great eye for detail. She always takes the time to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for and makes every visit special.
Among many Hermes I’ve visited in different countries, Hermes Toronto is probably my new favorite and one of the top choice! Gustavo was amazing associate and i am definitely coming back to Toronto and get more items from him!
My experience here, most of the time, is great. Sales associate are able to make suggestions and letting me try each item on without any hesitation. I have been living in Yorkville for 2+ years now, and I believe my standpoint as an international student from Southeast Asia contributed to how I am being treated in all sorts of establishment here in this neighborhood. I, at Hermès Toronto, however, never experience the feeling of disrespect or that the staffs are treating me less.
