Shopping at Hermès Toronto has always been a great experience, my SA Angela is amazing! She’s always so caring, patient and has such good memory! If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would I’ve given this location multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just a one-off bad experience—but unfortunately, that’s not the case. Judging by other reviews, the poor service here seems to be a consistent issue. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Staff are condescending, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer. I felt rushed, dismissed, and even laughed at. Some of the sales associates here are very nice. Unfortunately, my experience with Almira was disappointing. She never responded to my email, which makes me wonder why she gave me her business card in the first place. This level of customer service is an embarrassment for Hermes.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here a few times and I went back thinking it was just me but no .. judging by the other reviews clearly it’s an on going issue. Horrible customer service , condescending staff. Not willing to help and felt very rushed and like they couldn’t be bothered to serve me.
