I think I share the same sentiment as multiple people here but this by far the worst Hermes store I have ever experienced. They were only letting one or two people in at a time even though the store itself had maybe three customers inside. Once we finally got in, we stood around for a long time without being helped, despite multiple sales associates clearly being available. I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. The sales representative, a slim young man, was extremely impatient and rude. I simply asked to try the shoes in a few different colors, which is a completely normal request, but instead of being helpful, he acted annoyed and dismissive. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though he knew I would purchase the shoes eventually. Very poor customer service.

This is kind of comical. In the shopping mall, HERMÉS has roped off the entrance and is only allowing one customer in the store at a time. Are they trying to create some sort of strange exclusive experience? I just want to go in to pick up a couple things. Instead I have to wait in line? Get over yourself, HERMÉS Short Hills. This is why I go to Manhattan to shop. Fake bougie atmosphere here in New Jersey. Whichever manager thought this was a good idea should be fired.
