I had the most professional and plesant experience at Hermes Short hills mall, New jersey. Staff was inattentive and rude. I’ve never in my life had such an underwhelming experience at a luxury boutique. I was trying to return a bracelet and the manager caught an attitude with me when I asked by I couldn’t receive a refund. It’s a shame because the experience was so different at the Paris store, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Horrible service!!! The attendant was rude and in a hurry and didn't let us try on the shoes properly. And if you have kids don't go there, they don't seem to like kids there.
