Idk about the rest of the SA’s but Christine is everything you want in an SA. Super sweet, kind, and most of all practical! She gets it and tries to understand you and your lifestyle. If you go there ask for her, thank me later.
Way better than the one in American dream mall. When I went in, they welcomed and assisted me. Although it is hard to get leather goods due to high demand, I would rather come all the way out here for a better experience.

I think I share the same sentiment as multiple people here but this by far the worst Hermes store I have ever experienced. They were only letting one or two people in at a time even though the store itself had maybe three customers inside. Once we finally got in, we stood around for a long time without being helped, despite multiple sales associates clearly being available.
