I live in manhattan so I rarely make it here. But I love this location, there’s something charming about it, like you’re shopping at an independent shop in Porto or Milan. They need to expand their menu though, and get the business hours straight. Some days they’re supposed to be open but are closed.
This store is bringing back the luxury experience to Hermes. Exceptional service with SAs who really know their stuff and love the brand, without feeling "transactional". While they don't sell bags yet (waiting for the full store to open down the block) the second floor has a great shoe selection. They're also able to source most things - I've gotten jewelry, watches, and homeware! Really looking forward to the flagship opening and hoping they bring over the culture there. The worst place Staff is so condescending. If you are not dressed in a chic way they treat you like nuisance. Don’t open a store in Brooklyn if you don’t vibe with the local fits
If you visit the Hermes store in Williamsburg, you have to go to Sam. Absolutely amazing service and super friendly & knowledgeable. Got all my holiday shopping with Sam's help. He does have Wechat for anyone using that!
