My future husband and I came in today looking for a very specific tie that he wants to wear to our rehearsal dinner next week. We had gone to a different location and learned that the only one of this Thai in New York was in the Williamsburg location. The Hermès Williamsburg store is always a pleasure to visit — beautifully curated, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. I brought in a watch that wasn’t purchased at this location, and Juan and Kelly were so gracious and superb with getting it fixed quickly. Very friendly and welcoming staff all around - look forward to checking out the upstairs portion of the store next time we have a bit more time to shop!
Just like any other Hermes store, but I noticed that the day that I went, there were mostly Asian customers spending almost $10,000.00 minimum
This is a fantastic boutique and team - I was first introduced to the brand here by Juan Quiles who thought me about the brand/product line, including the leathers and watches. Since then he's been incredibly helpful in selecting gifts for my wife and mom, as well as a couple items for me too. Amazing service and experience all around from by Juan and the team at the Williamsburg boutique!
