Hermès Williamsburg was outstanding. I came in with a sizing issue and wasn’t sure what was possible, but Johnny made the entire experience smooth and effortless. He was kind, highly knowledgeable, and handled everything with elevated confidence - the kind of service that makes you feel immediately taken care of. Johnny is a dynamite employee and a true asset to the store - polished, patient, and a total pleasure to work with. I left thrilled with my new bracelet and will absolutely be back.
HERMES WILLIAMSBURG IS THE BEST! I was looking for the Puzzle H Men’s Bracelet, which was sold out online. I decided to call a few stores to see if they happened to have the bracelet in stock. I called 3 or 4 stores, with no luck, and left a voice message at another store in NY (which was not returned). My last call was to the Williamsburg store.
