Our visit to the Hermès store today was disappointing. We came to exchange the shoe size of a pair my wife had purchased as a birthday gift, and we waited nearly 20 minutes before receiving assistance. While it was understandable that the desired size was unavailable in the same loafer color, the service experience itself fell below expectations.
