Lovely customer service from Brenda.
Apparently this is one of only five Hermes stores in all of Canada. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the manager, and assigned a sales associate, Mojgan. I had two specific shirts in mind, and she immediately went to check availability. Mojgan was very patient and knowledgeable about the store inventory specifically, and Hermes in general. . I had the worst experience at this location a few years ago. The sales associate that helped me was honestly nice and helpful. I picked a few items (just a basic necklace and a basic bag, nothing too expensive or special at the store.) But then, another guy (seemingly more senior to the sales associate) insisted on seeing my passport when I already showed him my state ID. Unprofessional& rude SAs standing around chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Never received such experience at any other Hermes’ location.
Last September, I was waiting for the Crocodile Mini Kelly II, but in the meantime, I was offered a Lizard Touch and Disorder, which I declined. My third SA left, and I got a new one. When I met the manager, she was extremely unprofessional. She told me I couldn’t get the Mini K Crocodile this year and that I’d have to wait three years for special leather.
