Extremely disappointing experience. Having visited locations in Qatar, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Seattle, I can confidently say that the level of hospitality and customer service at those locations was significantly better. I have never felt this unwelcome before. This location has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to making customers feel valued and welcome.

Nice experience here. Bought a lot of gifts here and the sales associate was lovely. Appreciated my custom and treated me accordingly. Bought cashmere and exotic leathers. Had a private room also. It was lovely and the champagne is great. Thank you Hermes Vancouver.
