Bad service. The jewelry is not in stock. The shoes sizes are not in stock. The charms are not in stock. When the sizes will be in stock nobody knows! In contrast - the Waikīkī location somehow had the sizes for jewelry, for shoes, and even knew the best time to come for new arrivals for other items and gave me their contact info. So I made the purchase at Waikīkī location instead. That goes to show that the sales associate simply chose to be rude and lazy at this mall Ala Moana location. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Store From the moment we walked into the Hermes store, we were met with cold, judgmental stares from the staff. There were three sales associates present and no other customers in sight, yet not a single person greeted us or offered any assistance. After a few minutes of being completely ignored, I approached one of the associates to ask about a specific bag. Their response? A dismissive, “No, we don’t have it.
