Went in ready to spend money and was completely ignored for 20 min straight. Will go to Naples instead next time. So disappointing.
Very disappointing experience at Hermes. Every time we visit, it feels like customer service is not a priority. Yesterday, a sales associate helped us, and even the manager joined the conversation, but neither seemed interested in understanding us or providing a positive experience. We came prepared to shop and spend money, yet we left empty-handed and frustrated. Went to the store after researching a few items online. I wanted to buy gifts for my wife, myself and for our pet dog Mia for our birthdays. Indra and Sabrina went above and beyond helping me find the items and helping me with color selection. Had a truly amazing experience! My wife and I will definitely be back in a couple of months for our upcoming anniversary!!! Thank you!
