Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.
Update: have been shopping with Jelena since September and even tho I ask a hundred questions she’s always patient and kind. I’ve had several other SA’s in diff cities but she is the only one I trust to place my orders for me. She has assisted with tableware, ready to wear, shoes, perfume, and I’m about to dip into the jewelry. I even love their books as decor for my office. I can’t wait to continue our journey.
