Wonderful experience. I have a few birkins and a nice Evelyne but I had not started my official profile yet, as the others were gifts. Jaleena was the absolute best and was honest and knowledgeable! She gathered everything I needed. Showed me items for my wish list, which I’m sure my husband will be calling and buying soon! Haha. She was also kind enough to start my wish list! I hope to get a call one day for that special bag!!! :D
I receive great service at this location. I have a very nice and funny male SA who works with me. I see negative reviews here about waiting for service or not receiving any. Most of the SAs are working with people who made appointments to shop with them. An appointment takes priority over a walk in customer as you would expect. It’s easy to book an appointment. Good customer service
We visited the Hermès store at The Mall at Millenia this weekend to purchase shoes. I had already decided what I wanted, so I was expecting a swift and smooth transaction. However, the service I received was quite underwhelming. A young male sales associate simply brought the shoes from the back without any greeting or explanation, and then stood there silently. Initially we had a rough encounter with one of the sales associates. This has been resolved during subsequent visits. Once they get to know you, things are better. Sales associate was very friendly and anticipated our needs. Endra was fantastic, professional and showed items that she thought we would be interested in, which resulted in a purchase. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We wish her the best and she is a great asset to this location. Thank you for your hospitality and assistance.
