I have become completely obsessed with the Hermes brand thanks to my amazing SA. They are by far the best SA I have worked with across any luxury brand, and I don't say that lightly. They are so knowledgeable about the Hermes brand and actually listen to what you have to say to ensure that they recommend the perfect pieces for you. I’ve been a customer at the millennia store for years and shared a positive review after my first visit. I decided to leave a new review say over the years the service and quality of Hermes remains outstanding. It’s kept a consistent, calm and professional environment while being fun, welcoming and knowledgeable. Came in during a rush. There may have been about 19-20 customers in the store, including people entering and leaving to browse, and I counted 4 associates. About 8 or so customers were trying on tons of shoes (the floor was scattered!), one associate was very busy in clothing, the jewelry cave was busy, and the other associate was wrapping a purchase. Let me just start with, Remarkable! This was my first time visiting the Hermes Boutique in Orlando and I admit I wasn’t expecting much.
