Just order online, very unhelpful, no sizing available in any of the shoes which I find very hard to believe (the associate just didn't want to help) limited inventory and unwelcoming. There is no sense in wasting time coming to this location for anything when there is "nothing available" to purchase. Thank goodness for other locations and online shopping. This store needs to retrain their associates on customer service
Do yourself a favour and skip this store! The customer service is lousy! The guy made me feel weird for even entering the store. I am usually never at a Hermès store when it is actually open; so i thought i would walk in and take a look around. Every question i had was met with suspision and i was told "no" over and over and over. I feel the need to share my experience with my SA, Nick Gomez. It’s always intimidating when you first walk in to an Hermes store, but let me tell you Nick is absolutely a fresh of breath air. From the moment he welcomes you to the store to helping you set up your wishlist. He is so kind, funny, and insightful. He respects your wishes and is not pushy. I can’t really begin to express how amazing Nick is, from the first day we walked into the store and began our journey he has been attentive, understanding and so insightful. I could go on and on to express my gratitude towards him and his hard work and it still wont suffice. I gave a 4 star rating because I’m not sure if it was the color of me and My wife that didn’t trigger we were interested but at first felt uncomfortable and unwelcome no one approached my wife asked the security guy when we came in today to see the Oran sandals he stated appointments only but someone will see you !
