Just order online, very unhelpful, no sizing available in any of the shoes which I find very hard to believe (the associate just didn't want to help) limited inventory and unwelcoming. There is no sense in wasting time coming to this location for anything when there is "nothing available" to purchase. Thank goodness for other locations and online shopping. This store needs to retrain their associates on customer service
Do yourself a favour and skip this store! The customer service is lousy! The guy made me feel weird for even entering the store. I am usually never at a Hermès store when it is actually open; so i thought i would walk in and take a look around. Every question i had was met with suspision and i was told "no" over and over and over. Hermés is known for their custom leather items and supposedly according to this staffer they don't make "custom goods" 🤔🤨🤐 That was such a strange experience.
