The best Hermes store is here in Orlando. My SA Lubos, he is literally a miracle worker. He has a great personality and is a good conversationalist and very attentive. He is the best. All the SAs in this store are charismatic and very friendly. It is the best team of SAs that Hermes has. I love this location.
Proud and unfriendly sales associates, really making customers discomfortable. In comparison with those SA in the nearby Chanel, Hermes guys seemed extremely bad. They were rude as if their eyes were on top of head. Worst experience there.
I had a wonderful experience in this Hermes location today! Everyone in this store is so friendly. The moment I walked in the store, the staff made sure I felt welcomed, especially Nick! I’m beyond lucky to have met him. Not only was he one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met and great to work with, but he went above and beyond to help me get a handbag I’ve been wanting for a long time! Make sure if you’re visiting to ask for Nick! I look forward to returning soon!
The people who work here are so incredibly passionate about the brand and its history. We were just walking around the store and looking at all the things on the sale floor when one of the employees came up to us and told us all about the company, its upbringing, and its values. She was very friendly, and I loved learning. If you are looking for a place to shop for high-end goods that values its customers experience, this is the place to be.
A simply horrible experience. Will never be back. Went in to look at jewelry. Not a single SA acknowledged me while I looked around. The security employee stared daggers at me. Went and stood at the counter that had the items I wanted to look at. An SA walked up, completely ignored me, played with her phone, and then another person walked up and the SA was taking out anything they asked for. I’ll shop elsewhere that knows how to treat their customers.
