I recently traveled to Hawaii and visited the Hermès store at the Royal Hawaiian. After visiting several Hermès stores in the mainland, I finally found a location where I truly felt comfortable. The atmosphere here is completely different from other US stores; it’s warm, welcoming, and inviting from the moment you step in. Happy to connect with Joyo. He is patient and friendly. To me, he is not only a sales but also a wise elder. He can speak lots of languages, Chinese, English, Japanese etc. But trust me, he knows more than that 🤩
I had the most incredible time shopping with Joyo at Hermes Waikiki. He made my experience so magical and memorable.
