This was my first time shopping at Hermes and Alfred made it a delightful experience. Although the herbag was not in stock, Alfred showed me the men's version, and helped me visualize if the herbag would suit my needs. Afterwards, he took his time showing me different sizes and styles of silk scarfs and various ways to style them. This experience exceeded my expectations as I have several friends that love their Hermes products but report their SAs attitude and customer service can be less than desirable at times. Great experience! Such a beautiful store, it was hard to resist not to walk in and explore! As intimidating as Hermes stores can be, this one was felt welcoming even though it was my first time there! SA Joy was very friendly, she greeted me and showed me around the store! She was more than happy to answer my questions and assisted me with shoes and accessories. Thank you Joy for adding another amazing memory to my first Hawaii trip. Mahalo! Hermes Waikiki location did not disappoint!
My experience with Hermès in Waikiki was truly delightful. It was my first time meeting Mr. Rowena, yet it felt like we had known each other for a long time. She made the experience so enjoyable, cheerfully helping me find my shoe size, making sure I was comfortable, and even teaching me how to pronounce “Rouge H” in French. Her warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. I would love to come back again, and I truly hope she’ll still be there!
전세계 쇼핑 다니면서 내가 겪은 최악의 직원.. 1층에 한국인 직원 두분 계시던데,, 키크고 머리단발머리이신 분^^ 진짜 정신차리시길... 고객이 왕인 서비스는 바라지도 않아요. 인간대 인간으로. 심하게 얘기하면 벌레 취급하는 표정 정말 역겨웠어요. 왜 독기가 가득한 눈으로 쳐다보시고 그러는지^^ 살다살다 황당합니다.. 트윌리 3개 골라야하는데 응대한지 5분이나 됐을까요. 길어야 10분이고. 언제까지 기다릴수없다고 ㅋㅋ 그래서 제가 그럼 전 보고있을테니 다른 일 보셔요^^ 하니.. 지인의 아기보면서 아이귀여워~~^^ 하며 놀고계시네 ㅋㅋ 난또 무슨 급한 업무라도 있으신줄ㅋㅋㅋ 전날 오란살때 중국인직원은 친절했고, 회원등록(구매기록)도 해주셨는데 해달라니깐 한국에선 어차피 못쓴다며 계속 안해주시려함... ㅎ 어젠 해주시던데요? 하니깐 그제서야 해줌... ㅋ 내가 백만원 넘는 돈 쓰면서 왜 이렇게 기분 나빠야함..ㅋㅋ 혹시나해서 찾아봤는데 나만 당한게 아니었음....ㅋ
