This has to be the worst Hermes store I’ve ever been to. There was a line outside the store and we waited over 30 minutes. The entire time there was literally not one customer in the store. After 30 minutes, they let other customers in that hadn’t waited in line. I understand the sense of exclusivity, but you’re a chain Hermes store, the idea of having zero customers in the store makes zero business sense.
