The first time I visited H boutique was back in November 2024 and yes I had to wait about 15 minutes ( I don't mind waiting) and then was met with a SA (I don't remember his name) who I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of loafers from. My second visit was on Christmas eve last year and I was assigned to another SA named Andy and my intent was to browse their bracelets. Very good service and very good experience
I've been a longtime fan of Hermès and have visited many of their locations worldwide—New York, LA, Paris, Tokyo, and more. Naturally, I’ve purchased a lot from the brand. However, this particular location stands out in a disappointing way. The staff here come across as arrogant and rude, which feels off-putting, especially when spending thousands of dollars. Terribly understaffed. Not worth the trip to this store. Waiting at the door for an hour. Not acceptable. This store should hire more employees or shut it down. Not worth it at all. Also buying on line was not a good experience. Kyle, a highlight in this store, was very professional and apologetic. Thank you.
