Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location with sales associate Vanessa. I shop luxury retail often and have never been spoken to with such a dismissive and condescending attitude.
