I've been shopping at this location for a few months and it is always been such an amazing experience. Iris is so kind and helpful, is always willing to look for the things I have found online. They always have great stock of the things I'm looking for. I'm so grateful I decided to shop at this location! Would highly recommend.
Not sure what’s going on with this store, but there’s definitely a customer service problem. I was going through a rough time during IVF and was looking to brighten my mood with some retail therapy at Hermes. The sales associate (tall with brown hair) was very condescending and acted like helping me was a chore. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I should have read the reviews because apparently this store is destined to discriminate against you. I visited this store expecting a luxury experience consistent with the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, what I experienced instead was blatant and uncomfortable discrimination.
