I had an outstanding experience at this Hermès, thanks to Jessica L. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy. She made the entire experience feel elevated and seamless. Exceptional service like this is rare, especiallyat the Hermes in LA. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I'm back in Vegas and will be asking for Jessica again.

Shopping at Hermès can feel intimidating at first. The quiet atmosphere, the careful displays, and the unspoken rules of the boutique create a sense that you’re stepping into a world where everything is curated, and where you’re being quietly assessed. Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location with sales associate Vanessa. I shop luxury retail often and have never been spoken to with such a dismissive and condescending attitude. Her tone was rude, degrading, and completely unprofessional from the start. When a customer walks into a luxury store prepared to spend money, the expectation is basic respect and professionalism.
