Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and welcoming. I wandered in without anything specific in mind and the SA who helped me was so helpful in helping me pick silks and look up stock from other stores for items they didn’t have in stock
There was only one prestige classy kind sales associate at this store which his name is Christian and since he is gone , there is no one professional classy any more and they don’t offer any bags or offer to help , no matter how much money I spend !!! Seriously ridiculous. Honestly christian was a the best .
Very rude personal . An Asian girl yelled to put down our drinks .. she followed us around while other associate had their head buried in their cellphone. I asked to try some jewlery and she looked at me like I did not have any money. I felt very disrespected at the Wynn and I just said never mind. I went to the gucci boutique and spent a couple of thousand. Never go to Hermes at the Wynn .
Before visiting this Hermès boutique, I had read several reviews and was fully expecting terrible service — rude, unhelpful, and condescending staff. To my surprise, it was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and received impeccable service throughout. A truly pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations.
My aunt wanted to purchase a garden bag which the store had in stock and the associate Cara or Kara was one of the rudest sales associate we’ve ever encountered at a luxury store. She made sure to make us feel as if we didn’t belong and as if we couldn’t afford the bag. After misquoting the price of the bag, she ultimately charged us incorrectly and gave us the wrong bag, we now need to go and return this bag, after running through 3 stores in town.
