This is the second time I have referred a potential tenant to this company from our office. I’ve driven by recently and it is night and day difference since it was recently updated. I would definitely consider living here if I was in Biesbee!!!
Nice, clean and recently updated. And the new management is great! You can see that they really take care of the place.
This place is a step away from being condemned. No heat, no TV or wifi, and both worked until after paying almost 3 thousand dollars for 3 months. Missing windows with cardboard, black mold in many units. D- one star.
