Place closed without notice to consumers. Many who have payed a deposit or packages that did not end up being fully used without any further updates. Very appalling service -site has also closed down and they are unreadable everywhere

STAY AWAY. Complaint lodged at Fair Trading NSW. Absolutely appalling experience with Hermosa Skin. First red flag: they demand more than 50% of my treatment cost upfront as a deposit. Despite confirming my appointment, they abruptly cancelled it at 3AM—yes, in the middle of the night—night before my appointment. Worse still, when I tried to reschedule or request a refund, they became completely unresponsive. Multiple messages and calls—ignored. This is not just bad service; it borders on a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking experience. I paid upfront for a package and only used part of it before the salon completely ghosted me. They don’t answer calls, don’t reply to messages - nothing. Basically took my money and disappeared. The hygiene in the salon was pretty bad too - towels didn’t look clean. I’ve since found out their other branches have closed down as well, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re shutting this one soon and doing a runner. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

I recently visited Hermosa Skin in Sydney after checking their website for prices and treatments. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to be told completely different and much more expensive prices. When I pointed out the prices on their website, they claimed the site was outdated and no longer reflected their current offerings. The staff also spoke little English, making communication extremely difficult. Overall, I found the experience very unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this place to others.
