Place states they are open for lunch, that shows up on Google and other places. I drive over for lunch it shows you cant order in person and have to order 2 days ahead of time for a simple chicken sandwich. I knock on the door there is someone in there, they choose not to open it. Won’t pick up their phone or respond to a text, wont be trying again. Just a brutal customer service experience, pre ordering sandwiches days ahead of time seems a bit much. Wont be back.
Hermosa is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. The restaurant is in good condition. Owner Ethan is nice. Amazing Cambodian chicken sandwich. Must come back. 10/10.
Not just a meal—an unforgettable experience that feels like home. If I could give Hermosa more than five stars, I would. We recently celebrated a birthday here with the 17-course Cambodian-inspired Family Dinner tasting menu, and to say it was outstanding is an understatement.
