HORRIBLE! I made plans months in advance to get a consultation. Showed up to appointment a few minutes early - no receptionist, no "Hello how can we help you?",nothing. Finally, I asked for a receptionist and a man - who did not introduce himself- said that they were not seeing anybody today but he begrudgingly said he could take a look at me .
